ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
Biography
I am Adriano Busà, 9th Dan in Ju-Jitsu, Founder and Technical Director of the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation (WJJC), an international organization present in over 12 countries across five continents. For more than 45 years, I have lived the martial arts not only as a physical discipline but as a true path of life, one that transformed a young boy’s passion into a global mission.
Throughout my career, I have trained and certified instructors and guided hundreds of students worldwide, sharing my vision of Ju-Jitsu: an art that goes beyond technique, forging character, inner discipline, and moral strength.
My specialization in Close Combat and Tactical Training led me to create the STS – Special Training Service, an advanced program designed for police forces, military units, and security agencies. I have also conducted more than 80 international seminars for martial arts academies and practitioners around the world.
Recognized as Shodai Soke by the IMAO – Japan, I am the founder of Kishidō Ju-Jitsu, officially recognized by CSEN, TAFISA (an organization acknowledged by the International Olympic Committee), and the Italian Ministry of the Interior. I also earned the title of Professor 8th Plus Level EQF in Brussels and 1st Level NVQ in London.
Today, I continue to travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with a single purpose: to build bridges between tradition and modernity, offering a Ju-Jitsu that is not limited to combat, but becomes a philosophy of life, a source of inner strength, and a tool to face every challenge.
Alongside my teaching and international seminars, I am also the author of two books: Two Souls of the Samurai and The Chain of Twelve Rings. In these works, I have gathered the dedication of a lifetime in martial arts, weaving together history, philosophy, and the discipline of Ju-Jitsu to share lessons that go beyond the dojo and speak to the inner growth of every practitioner.
